Domestic Shipping: During the checkout process, we provide pricing for both standard and expedited shipping. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25.

Return Policy
Although we hope you love our products, we understand returns happen. To return or exchange your product, you must request authorization from our team within 30 days of receiving your order. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website primehomedirect.com. To initiate your return please head to our contact page. We ask that you please return items unused, and, in the condition, they were received. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received notification that we have acknowledged a mistake on our part leading to your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means we can’t make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.
For returns and exchanges, requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
